It was my first time atJFK Hospital. I had a wonderful experience performing my exam (PFT). The cardiopulmonary technician Gloria was very professional and conducted my exam very well. Thank you for such good services and high-quality exams.
Everyone was great from the moment we arrived. The greeter Raquel was so friendly and helpful, then we had to get the Rx for the procedure from the doctor and that went quickly and smoothly. Thanks for the help! The gentleman who performed the scan could not be any more terrific and interesting.
We appreciate nurse Isabel’s care and compassion on the floor. Karen, nurse leader was very nice and addressed all our concerns. Thank you 3 north-west

( nurse Cassie ) were incredible .there was an issue after surgery & they explained everything & took excellent care of him as he had to stay over one night ! The Pt staff got him up walking too !

I love jfk everyone took care of me all was concerned about my health I felt like i was safe over there, please all the staff deserved a promotion. Great staff great place,not good to be there but if situation happened jfk is a great place to be at.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Meals were better than most hospital food.
I have been going to Dr Simon for years. He is so professional and very companionable. The sweetest man,a d very patient with me.
Excellent nurse caring for me during my sleep study. Only negative was bathroom was down the hall when I needed it in the middle of the night. Crazy not conducive to sleep study!

JFK 3NW . Georgia, Karen, Kereishia & Erwina gave great care to my father in an otherwise continuously frustrating nurse situation. They were able to resolve. I appreciate them & all they do.

Nurse Karen nurse Carol nurse brandon nurse ,simonette have made such a tremendous difference in my stay here at the hospital I cannot explain in enough words how resourceful how helpful how attentive these nurses are my hands go down to these nurses. I wish that I could personally thank them every day for the rest of my life these people manage my pain manage my nutrition check on me every two hours and was extremely helpful while, I was going through treatment at the hospital. I wanna personally tell them thank you my name is Kemar These people are angels
