Update: the surgery went very well. He and his staff were caring and gentle. I was comfortable the entire time and had no complications at all from it. His office staff is also very caring and highly knowledgeable. I've seen his nurse thoroughly explain complicated home procedure very clearly. He is still 5 stars to me.
