Dr. Ulteig is kind, informative, professional and educated. She had an ease about her and in explaining my different options and the best course of action to take with my situation. I am quite reluctant when it comes to Drs as I've been misdiagnosed & dismissed in the past and I've battled cancer twice. She actually spent time with me on my first appointment, explained things thoroughly, answered mine and my partners questions and showed empathy and compassion along with knowledge in her field. I was very pleased with her & pray this issue I have is nothing to be concerned about but appreciate her taking the precautions she is and ordering the tests I need to resolve. She also followed through with a surgeon recommendation & had someone call me from her office to provide me the referral details. I am very, very happy with her proactiveness, diligence and concern regarding my health. I've never had to see a gastro dr before however she would and will be my go to Dr for any related issues and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Ulteig is amazing she listens carefully to your concerns. I had my first colonoscopy with her. I was very nervous but she took the time to make me feel at ease. She explained everything to me carefully and I received results as soon as I woke up. The colonoscopy are done at Atlantis outpatient surgery which also was a great experience with amazing staff.
I was pleasantly surprised by how easily Dr. Ulteig was to talk to. She explained in layman’s terms what to expect before and after the procedure. Dr. Ulteig is very personable and professional…. Awesome experience😊
We very very pleased with Dr Ulteig. We have seen so many specialists that either dismissed us or did not listen. In our first meeting she was attentive and asked questions. She also set a roadmap of tests to diagnose my wife’s problems. We could not have asked for more.
