My experience was a very good one, from the ease and friendliness of check-in, to the attentive, friendly and concerned nurses in the pre-operation room. My nurse was extremely attentive and nice! The recovery was just as pleasant, and I appreciated the paperwork that left the hospital with me to remind me of the care I needed to take!

Excellent. Taken on time, very kind knowledgeable tech. Made me feel very comfortable and explained everything as she went along.
The personnel couldn't be more caring and the food more delicious or the bed more comfortable. The staff are well informed and use electronics to help patients. This is the hospital to go to if you are sick or in need or medical attention beyond a doctor's office visit.

This was my first experience at the JFK Hospital. I have had the pleasure of visiting many hospitals in my lifetime.
In general my experience was very favorable.
When I was taken up to the procedure area I was introduced to my procedure nurse, Gigi and my preparation nurse, Merri. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care which I received from these 2 nurses. Each worked together as a team as there was some pressure to move me into the operating theater. I watched as they shared responsibilities to see that the preparation was completed in as short a time as possible. More importantly however both of these nurses exhibited extraordinary care for me patient. They went out of their way to make a connection to me while I was undergoing all of the preparation activities.
The Hospital is fortunate to have them.

Upon arrival at the hospital, they attended to me immediately. They gave me tests that they deemed appropriate based on my symptoms. Then I had to wait 3 hours for the results. The attention of the first assistants and the doctor were good, except for a lady named Chessy who I think is in the wrong place, her way of speaking and serving is abrupt and rude. The floors of the facilities seemed dirty to me. Thank you for your services
