We accept most insurance plans at Gastroenterology Associates of Florida. Please verify with our staff that we accept your current insurance when you call to schedule. The list below is an example of insurance plans we accept but may not be accurate as our contracts frequently change.

Please contact our billing service for questions about your bill at 866-773-8922 for any billing questions after April 4th, 2022. If you have questions or issues regarding a bill prior to April 4th, 2022, please contact us at [email protected].

Out of respect for other patients who need Gastroenterology Associates of Florida, we ask that you try and avoid cancelling or missing appointments. Cancelled and missed appointments interfere with our ability to provide prompt and convenient scheduling to all our patients. Our cancellation policy:

Procedures

We request that you give our office three (3) full business days’ notice in the event that you need to reschedule of cancel your procedure with the physician. This includes appointments for colonoscopy, upper endoscopy (EGD), flexible sigmoidoscopy and ERCP. If you miss an appointment for a procedure without providing notice, we consider this to be a missed appointment, repeat missed appointments can result in you as the patient being released from the practice.

Office Visits

We request that you give our office at least one (1) full business day notice in the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your office appointment with the physician. If you miss an appointment for an office visit without providing notice, we consider this to be a missed appointment and repeat missed appointments can result in you as the patient being released from the practice.

As a courtesy, we do make reminder calls for all appointments. If you do not receive your message or we have incorrect information, the cancellation policy will still be in effect.
