Just had my MRI at JFK main hospital.
Experience was great. I was pre- registered and that process went smoothly. I arrived a little early, parked with valet due to ankle problem which was very convenient.
The technologist was very kind and understood my anxiety around the procedure and made sure I was comfortable.
My detailed results were available through the portal in 10 hours . Overall, couldn’t have been better!

Good caring doctors and nurses
I had cataract surgery here yesterday and I am very happy because of the professionalism of the entire staff. I received a call the day before confirming my surgery and I asked if I could pay over the phone so I didn’t have to bring my cc with me and she said yes. I arrived on time, signed in and completed some forms I missed. The waiting room was packed but within an hour it cleared out due to everyone being called. Then it was my turn to go back and that team is amazing. The nurse was so caring and put me right at ease. She had me all set up quickly and efficiently, and then I had a short wait before going to the laser room. The nurses there are fun and professional! My dr came in and spoke to the nurses then the laser started and finished before I knew it. Then off to the operating room for the surgery. All the areas in the back are state of the art. Before I knew it I was in recovery and getting crackers and a great cup of tea. The recovery nurse was also professional and caring. Highly recommend this surgery center!
First time in all my years I saw a Gastro who could help me by speaking with me and not at me. Dr. Rosenfeld was wonderful and was very thorough. The staff was kind. I appreciate it. I was recommended to him by a friend and would recommend him to anyone looking for a gastro.
What a compassionate doctor!!! I went to Dr Rosenfield with a health concern I had after getting the results of my mri. I was extremely scared and nervous when I went to see him but once he explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions I left his office with a peace of mind, thank you Dr Rosenfield for giving me just that.

Dr. Rosenfield is a great GI specialist. Very thorough, always explains everything and has a great demeanor. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a GI specialist.
My husband has Type 2 diabetes and had been having a lot of gastro problems with reflux. Tests elsewhere showed nothing. Dr. Sherman was an ace, knew immediately, and took him off Ozempic. He’s been fine since and finding alternative diabetic meds. Great staff as well. Highly efficient.

As always, I found Dr. Thomas Rosenfield to be a true professional, consistent in his diagnosis and treatment for my conditions. I have know him as my GI Dr for over 10 years.
