Dr.Medrano has always been an amazing doctor, even the office staff is so nice. He took really good care of my grandmother when we found out she had cancer, and my family and I are so appreciative for all he's done. He's my Doc now and still is awesome, and one of the top best surgeons out there. Thank you for all you do for us! Sending much love and blessings!

Was taken to the ER very quickly. Tests were administered with little delay. Doctors and nurses were genuinely concerned and engaged immediately. Everyone was so polite I couldn’t ask for more. All in all an A+ experience
Karen from the Cath lab was amazing helping us when no one else could. My friend needed a specific records card. She made calls around the hospital and walked us to the correct people and location to retrieve the information.

I was admitted for 7 days, Andrea in housekeeping helped me out in many ways plus gave me her # to call anytime I needed anything. Erica who ended up cleaning my room was awesome, she made sure my room was clean everyday, made sure it was sanitary. She went over and beyond her call of duty. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and professional which kept me at ease. The nurse leader helped me out many times especially when getting released was taking a long time she helped out to find out why doctors approval wasn't in yet. Overall everyone did a great job with my care. My thanks to all at JFK hospital. Cheryl

Here I lie down recovering from a diabetic episode I have time to share my WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE at HCA FL, Congress Rd WPB LOCATION. Upon arrival there was a warm welcome. The hospitality from Tech, Rn, Case Management, Food & Nutrition was 5 star all around. Pure professionalism, safety, and care was next level. It was my first time atJFK Hospital. I had a wonderful experience performing my exam (PFT). The cardiopulmonary technician Gloria was very professional and conducted my exam very well. Thank you for such good services and high-quality exams.
Everyone was great from the moment we arrived. The greeter Raquel was so friendly and helpful, then we had to get the Rx for the procedure from the doctor and that went quickly and smoothly. Thanks for the help! The gentleman who performed the scan could not be any more terrific and interesting.
