My experience at JFK Hospital was a very positive experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The nurses were all great. It was clean, they protected your privacy and felt like everyone was concerned about my well being! I definitely recommend this hospital.
My patient care tech was excellent, Cherry K my housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name but I came in on Thursday, December 5 for an ablation with Dr. Fishel. Everything went well. Everybody was very kind and comforting and then I had a pacemaker inserted on Friday, December 6 with Dr. Rakovic and everyone during that procedure from the scrub nurse to everyone in the OR Rolando, the nurse anesthetist and I’m sorry I can’t remember the other nurses names but The recovery room nurse Penny was very nice or preop. Maybe she was preop. I don’t know a lot of it’s a blur, but I’ve had a very good experience here compliments to your staff.
Staff are very courteous and professional. As a physically disabled person, however, who is always in pain, standing for the mammogram took more time than my body could tolerate. Could there be a seated option to accommodate the disabled?
Overall great experience. Interactions were generally great. Some greetings from staff lacked eye contact with a prompt greeting. They went right to medical records without saying anything, ackeard. Also, women greeting my spouse who was to pick me up wawkward. Rest of start were respectful and comfortinng.
From the time I checked in till the time I left I was given extremely great care was good experience every person did there job well and showed interest
Ronnie and Tami are seriously the best front desk staff at any medical office in this area. They are very nice and helpful, which goes a long way to easing stress for the patients waiting on their procedures.

The care I received on 3NW was stellar. Everyone was so nice and thorough. They really treated me like family and attended to all my needs. I highly recommend. A special shout out to Fabiola, Islande, Sosa, Markeisha, Mirkline, and Elizabeth. Thank you ladies. The RT team and Dr. O and Dr. Daphne were incredible as well. Many blessings to you all.
