This is the third time I’ve had to use PT services at JFKm over the last 5 years and always for different issues. No doubt in my mind that each and every time they’ve help resolve my pain issues. Will never use anyone else.
3 SW - the nurses that my husband has while he's under their care have been exceptional! Noelle, Rose, Leslie and Jennifer!! All so caring, so concerned and full of positivity, along with passion for their job. Thank you all!!
Staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. The procedures were painless and complete.

The kindness of the staff was only exceeded by the professional care given to me. I’ve unfortunately experienced three different area hospitals and if I ever need one again, it will only be JFK.

THE RECOVERY ROOM NURSE. THINK NAME CINDY OR STACY WAS THE WORST. NOT CARING. NO ATTENTION
I WOKE UP MINUTES AFTER I WAS THERE
I NOTED NO CURTAIN DRAWN BETWEEN THE OTHER PATIENT AND MYSELF. SHE NEVER STOPPED MOANING AND GROANING. I NEVER GOT ANY ATTENTION. I JUST HAD A HIP REPLACEMENT. I KNEW I NEEDED A PAIN PILL BECAUSE I FELT A SURGE OF PAIN COMING ON WHICH WOULD ONLY GET WORSE. DO I ASKED FOR A PAIN PILL. HER RESPONSE “I NEED TO FINISH MY PAPERWORK”. TEN MINUTES GOES BY ABD MY PAIN WAS THROUGH THE ROOF
IT STARTED AT A 2 AND WOUND UP 10+
I SCREAMED I NEED A PILL. TO KEEP MY SANITY TO CONTROL THE PAIN I STARTED TO SING SIXTEEN TONS AND IM THE WORST VOICE EVER. SO I GUESS FOR THEM TO NOT HEAR MY SINGING I GOT THE PILL !!!
This need attention so others do not get neglected like me. I do not do well with pain
No excuse !!!
Now, I’m thinking do I need to ever return to this hospital? Shen I’m asked how did it go, I tell this story & my friends can’t believe it
Too bad as most of the rest from checking in to everything else was great !!!

Rehab is best ever !!! From the guy who takes your food order (food delicious) to all the nurses, aides, doctors etc. my name is Barbara Perlman & totally disagree with the other Barbara Perlman. Some people, I guess, aren’t nice or grateful. Best care ever !!! I just want to stay but know I can’t. They are getting me back to be independent again. I am so appreciative & grateful I’ve been to rehab in lake forest, IL. Balmoral & in Wellington, Fl NuVista which doesn’t exist anymore. They were good but this is far superior to any other place I’ve been. Also 3 hours of great PT & OC Therapy. I can’t say enough good things. And when I ring the buzzer they are in the room in less than a minute. I am so grateful for this amazing rehab place.

Excellent Surgical care process through the PreOp, OR, PACU and inpatient surgical floor.
Everyone was very nice, helpful, and compent.
Everyone was nice, kept checking on me. The patient advocate was wonderful she brought me some soup and ginger ale. Fastest I have ever been seen in an ER!
Hands down the best I've ever been treated, from check in, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Chadwick the whole staff just amazing! If i could give 1000 stars I would. May God bless all these angels that take care of us ! I am beyond pleased my out patient procedure was a a breeze. I recommend them 110%. Just simply the best , most friendly and caring!!! Wish I would remember all their names but I hope they get recognition for their outstanding work! ❤️🤞🏻🙏🏻
