I seen Melissa Mechler, she is a very caring practitioner who listen to my concerns and acted with urgency. The entire office staff are all wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend their office!
I was taken in to room on time. All questions were answered and a review of what else to do was given very pleasant experience
Overall great experience. Interactions were generally great. Some greetings from staff lacked eye contact with a prompt greeting. They went right to medical records without saying anything, ackeard. Also, women greeting my spouse who was to pick me up wawkward. Rest of start were respectful and comfortinng.
The staff is attentive and caring. Dr. Silverstein is thorough and follows up.
I think my Gastroenterologist Dr. Ulteig & her team are great, amazing & awesome. She takes her time with you & answers all your questions. I usually have a lot. All the Staff from reception to Nurses & Nurses Practitioners will help you. I recommend her & any Doctor at their office.,

My visits have been mostly with Dr. Silverstein, my regular Gastro doctor. My latest visit was with nurse Practitioner "Melisssa". She was also great. They are a great group to handle my gastro needs. Thank you so much Dr. Silverstei and Miss Melissa. My issue was handled quickly, and hopefully I will feel better after my hospital procedure heals. I appreciate so you so much. Dr. Silverstein and her staff are outstanding !!!

She has gone above and beyond in the past with assisting me with supply issues, making such that the medical vendors I deal provided me with the best of service.
